Pretty rustic chalet fully refurbished keeping original style in Caderzone Terme, only 6km from the ski area of Madonna di Campiglio in the Italian Alps.
LOCATION:The property is beautifully situated in a peaceful panoramic spot with wonderful views over the surrounding mountains. The ski area in Madonna di Campiglio is situated in the elevation of 852m to 2,504m, so snow conditions are generally very good with long ski season. The surrounding natural park od Dolomiti di Brenta is a UNESCO-protected area and is characteristic with dramatic rock formations, unspoilt forests and meadows and wildlife. The vast and well-interconnected ski area offers over 150km of perfectly prepared slopes. Outside of skiing, there are ample opportunities for cross-country skiers, mountaineering, ice skating and much more.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW: The chalet is laid out over 2 floors, each offering a generous living area of about 65m2. On the ground floor you will find an anteroom, a sitting room with a kitchen corner, a utility room and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 3 cozy bedrooms and another bathroom. Thanks to a tasteful reconstruction, the chalet was featured in the interior design magazine "Ville Giardini". The chalet is surrounded by a nicely maintained garden with an area of c. 10,000m2 where a small annex perfect for storage or garden machinery stands.

Our curiosity about investment in Austria turned into a real business plan successfully completed thanks to Petra Řeháková of Domus Global. The help with buying an apartment in Schladming was priceless, the company provided us a comprehensive care including assistance with tax issues. Thanks a lot!
