LOCATION: The property is located in the pretty town of Mühlbach in Pinzgau between Bramberg am Wildkogel and Mittersill. Mühlbach is situated 819 meters above sea level at the foot of the 2,225 meter high mountain Wildkogel in Pinzgau. Schools, shops, medical care, restaurants and much more can be reached in a few minutes by car. The distance to the ski bus stop is only a 5-minute walk - departures are every 15-30 minutes. In winter, you can enjoy skiing in two different ski areas - Bramberg am Wildkogel-Neukirchen (75km of slopes) and Kitzbüheler Alpen (c. 130km of slopes) - both are easily reachable with just a 5min car drive. A great highlight is also the longest toboggan run in the world. Cross-country skiing, ski touring, ice skating, winter hiking with snowshoes and paragliding are also possible in this region. In summer, there are high-altitude hikes through the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern National Park. An extensive network of cycle and mountain bikes as well as the famous Tauern cycle path are available for cyclists.The golf courses in Mittersill and Kitzbühel are some of the best in all of Austria.
