The brand new 11 apartments that are offered for sale are built in a sunny location above the traditional alpine village of Hollersbach with panoramic views of the Pinzgau area. The slopes are literally just a few steps from the front door of the development. Hollersbach is part of the Kitzbühel ski area which offers 170 km of wonderful perfectly groomed slopes for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. You can enjoy the tranquility of the town but still be close to the Kitzbühel après-ski buzz and world-class dining scene. The ski area of Bramberg am Wildkogel with another 80 km of extra slopes is reachable in few minutes by car. In winter, there is a lot of other tempting activities such as the illuminated toboggan ride and 220 km of cross-country routes. In summer, you can enjoy numerous hiking and cycling trails, golf courses and several alpine lakes for swimming. These 11 apartments ranging from 67 - 160 sqm all have balconies oriented to the south. Prices of 2-bedroom apartments start at EUR 425,000, 3-bedroom apartments at EUR 530,000 and 4-bedroom apartments at EUR 850,000. Amazingly, each apartment comes with two parking spots and an external storage room. Apartments are sold without furniture, but prospective buyers have the option to also add an interior design furniture package at an extra cost.
