LOCATION: Mariapfarr is one of the sunniest places in Austria. It is situated 1,110 above sea level. Whilst it has excellent infrastructure and facilities, the place has retained charming village vibe and therefore is the perfect destination for a peaceful holiday. In just 10 min drive, you reach the A10 highway which will comfortably take you straight to the Salzburg and Klagenfurt airports. In winter you will find 4 ski areas in immediate vicinity: Katschberg (70km of slopes), Fanningberg (24km), Obertauern (100km) and Großeck-Speiereck (50km). Outside of the pistes, plenty of snow fun is possible on snow-shoes, horse-drawn sleigh rides and toboggan runs. You can also enjoy the wellness centre Samsunn in Mariapfarr. Summer is equally active with an array of outdoor options including hiking and cycling tours to mountain lakes, water fun in public outdoor pools or playing golf at the Lungau Golf Club. Mariapfarr will no doubt charm you with its tranquility and welcoming atmosphere. The resort itself benefits from an idyllic location amidst a beautifully groomed garden along the river Taurach. The center of Mariapfarr is 20min walk away and the ski bus stop is in front of the resort.

LAYOUT & FACILITIES: The unique element about this resort is its privacy. There are just 2 large chalets for sale each housing 3 separate apartments, plus one self-contained chalet. All apartments are cleverly designed to allow maximum use of space and comfort. They are equipped with traditional furniture and modern appliances (included in price) and create a relaxing and elegant space. Each apartment / chalet comes with one parking space, plus there is free guest parking on site. There is also a ski room. You will also find a pine-wood sauna and a natural swimming pool with gazebo and seating area completely at the disposal of owners and guests.
