LOCATION: This excellent property in situated directly on the slopes in Fanningberg. Fanningberg is a small ski resort with 24km of nice and varied ski runs. In immediate vicinity, you can also access other popular ski resorts including Grosseck-Speiereck (5min drive, 50km of slopes) or Katschberg (15min drive, 70km of slopes) so this is a unique destination for any lovers of skiing and snowboarding. The area is also perfect for snowshoeing and ski touring as there are several tour variants near the pistes to choose from. In summer, you can just put on your hiking shoes and head out for the summits or countless hill farms in the region. The area also promises other activities including biking and e-biking, climbing, paragliding, horseback riding and golf. Fanningberg is easily reachable from Salzburg Airport (1h30) and Klagenfurt (1h30).

LAYOUT: The chalets, built in 2016, are designed in a traditional alpine style and exude a cosy rustic charm. The two chalets are both 3-bedroom, sized respectively 95m2 and 113m2. They feature a generous living area, 3 good-size bedrooms, 2/3 modern bathrooms, 2 extra WCs, a sun terrace and a steam room. WIFI is available.

In summer the access to the chalets is possible, in winter you can use the parking spaces located below the valley station of the cable cars. As a part of the chalet village services, you will also be offered a skidoo taxi service on arrival and any time during your stay, so your ski-in ski-out location does not limit your other activities.

USE: The two chalets are both earmarked for tourist rental with 4 weeks of private use during the year. There is a professional rental management agency that ensures a hassle-free rental and a guaranteed net rental yield of 2.6%.
