PROPERTY OVERVIEW: This fantastic resort will comprise 26 fully furnished ski apartments. Balconies and large windows will provide magical views of the surrounding mountain scenery. The apartments will feature a modern alpine style and will be equipped with top-of-the-range Miele appliances in the kitchen, Sonos sound system and tasteful furniture from natural materials in neutral colours. Prospective owners can select between a more traditional and modern style furniture package. Everything will be provided for a comfortable stay including cutlery, bedsheets etc. Each apartment will have a dedicated parking space and extra storage for periods of rental.

The resort's facilities will include a spacious lobby/breakfast room and coffee service plus a spa with sauna.

USE: This property has tourist residence dedication and offers the combination of professional rental and private use. Private use by owners is limited to 6 weeks per year, plus extra days at an additional charge of 9-10 eur per person per day.
