The centre of Bad Gastein with the scenic waterfall and thermal baths as well as the Stubnerkogel Gondola can be reached in a few minutes. Bad Gastein is also conveniently positioned with easy access to Salzburg (1h20) and to other ski resorts including Zell am See & Kaprun (50min) ,Schladming (1h20) and others.

Bad Gastein is the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday. Spa aficionados will enjoy a session in the world-famous thermal baths with its many pools and treatments on offer. The town has very little traffic and is perfect for leisurely walks where you can admire the spectacular architecture from the imperial era and stop to taste one of the famous Austrian pastries. There are several golf courses nearby as well. The surrounding nature lends itself perfectly for the practice of many other outdoor sports as well, from hiking to mountain biking and climbing. The ski terrains are varied and the area boasts a total of 200km of slopes.

LAYOUT: The cottage dates from 1947, but has been under several renovations since so it offers a good standard of living at this moment. However, there is a scope to bring the interiors more up-to-date and accommodate the furnishings to new owners’ specific tastes. In terms of layout, the property is split over 3/4 floors with an overall area of 185m2. On the ground floor, you will find a hallway, 2 bedrooms, a WC, a sitting room with an integrated dining area and kitchen.
