The longest bobsleigh track in Austria called Pendolino is a fun experience for children and adults alike.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW: The apartments be built using good quality local materials and offer cozy alpine style. Large windows will offer splendid views of the opposite 2000-metre-peaks Gartnerkofel, Rosskofel a Trogkofel. It is possible to purchase units sized 44 to 99m2, each with a balcony, floor heating and private cellar storage. A ski storage room and bike locker will be at the disposal of all owners. On site facilities also include a restaurant. It is mandatory to also purchase one parking slot in the underground garage at extra charge. Wellness enthusiasts will also appreciate the option to add a sauna to their apartment.

USE: The apartments will be part of a larger apart-hotel, but will have the advantage of having a second home status with complete flexibility of use. It will be possible to rent the apartments on a short-term basis with an on-site professional agency, but there is NO obligation to rent out, so apartments can also be used purely as a second home residence by its future owners.
