Exclusive Ski-In Ski-Out Chalets under the Hochkönig

Just a few meters from the ski slopes and cable cars of the Hochkönig (Ski Amade) area, at an altitude of 950 m above sea level, a unique project of 6 chalets and 2 apartments of the highest quality is being built. The resort will also feature a restaurant and breakfast service.

The chalets will have an area of approximately 144 m², a living room with kitchen, 3-4 bedrooms, and 3-4 bathrooms, making them suitable for 8-10 people. The apartments will have an area of 70-75 m² and, in addition to a living room with kitchen, will have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. High-quality materials will be used in the construction, and thanks to the combination of well-thought-out layouts, the chalets will combine functionality with a pleasant alpine design. The equipment will include high-quality built-in appliances from Bosch and Siemens, Grohe fittings, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There will also be a private wellness area on the ground floor of the chalet, and an outdoor bathtub for the terrace can be purchased at an additional cost. Thanks to the large windows, the units will have beautiful views. The chalets will also have a roof terrace located above the garage.

There will be a natural lake on the grounds, which will emphasize the picturesque nature of the resort and its sustainability. The water will come from a local mountain spring and all electricity will be from renewable sources. A charging station for cars will also be available.

An equipment package of EUR 79,000 for chalets and EUR 39,000 for apartments must be added to the prices. The price of a double garage for a chalet is EUR 44,900, and the price of a parking space for an apartment is EUR 14,900. For an additional fee, you can order a fireplace, a bathtub on the balcony, a washer/dryer, a sunshade for the roof terrace, or a sofa bed.

LOCATION: The Hochkönig region is one of the most beautiful parts of Austria with an impressive mountain range and a fascinating scenery of picturesque villages and fairytale valleys, including Dienten, Mühlbach, and Maria Alm. The area is pleasant to visit in any season. In winter, you will find over 120 km of perfectly groomed slopes - skiing in Hochkönig is truly exceptional, as the total area is well laid out and offers a varied and diverse panorama. The Königtour is one of the most beautiful ski routes and skiing along it is one of the most powerful experiences of a holiday in the Austrian Alps. The stunning landscape is also ideal for cross-country skiing. Snow tubing and curling are also popular here. In spring and summer, you will hardly find a quieter and more peaceful place than Hochkönig - even in the summer season, the possibilities for active entertainment are endless - from climbing and hiking to cycling, golf and family entertainment parks - there is something for everyone!

USE: The entire project will be operated as a tourist rental by an experienced local operator linked to the developer.

Construction will begin at the end of 2025/beginning of 2026.
