Sauerfeld is a village located just a 3-minute drive from the town of Tamsweg. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment building, there is direct access to a bike path that leads straight to Tamsweg. The town is located in Lungau, the southernmost district of Salzburg, at an elevation of 1,024 meters. All essential infrastructure, services, and shops are easily accessible and located in the immediate vicinity. The nearest ski resort is Katschberg, a popular, high-altitude mountain resort with breathtaking panoramic views. It is an ideal destination not only for experienced skiers but also for families with children. In winter, it offers a snow-covered ski paradise with 70 km of perfectly groomed slopes. In summer, you can go hiking or mountain biking. In addition to Katschberg, other nearby ski resorts are also easily accessible, such as Obertauern (approx. 30 minutes by car; a total of 100 km of slopes), Grosseck – Speiereck – Mauterndorf (15 minutes; approx. 50 km of slopes), or Fanningberg – Mariapfarr (15 minutes; a total of 30 km of slopes). A ski bus runs from Tamsweg to all of these resorts. Cross-country skiers can use the trail connecting St. Margarethen and St. Michael, which is also served by ski buses from Tamsweg.

With an area of 48 m², the apartment is located in a residence with only 12 units and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a TV, a bathroom, a storage room (currently used as private storage), a separate toilet, and a 7 m² balcony. It is offered fully furnished and ready to move in immediately. It also has its own cellar and covered parking space.
