One can also easily reach other ski resorts including Kitzbühel, Steinplatte, Zell am See and Maria Alm. In summer the area turns into a true nature paradise with over 300km of hiking terrains. Other attractions include an alpine coaster and 8 golf courses within 31km from the property. Salzburg airport is located 1h10min, Innsbruck airport 1h25 and Munich airport less than 2h away.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW: The apartments make part of a 4* hotel with restaurant, reception, bar, wellness, fitness center, indoor pool and children playroom. There will also be a biotop for summer swimming. All apartments will offer stunning views of the Kitzbühel Alps. They will have an internal living area between 38 and 172m2 and fully furnished in a luxury alpine style and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances by Miele. Each apartment will also have a private underground parking (as many parking slots as bedrooms) with electric chargers. The basement will also house a skiroom and bicycle room. The resort will be operated by a reputable rental manager who will take share in the revenues as well as costs thereby maximising the investment return for everyone (forecasted at c. 5% for the 5th year of operation).
