The building is located on the main street of the renowned ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim only 300 meters from the nearest ski lift. There is a ski bus stup just below the property. The Therme Sankt Kathrein and Thermal-Romerbad spa centres are easily reachable with a short walk. There are Spar and Billa supermarkets across the street.

Bad Kleinkircheim is nestled in the Nockberge mountains and offers a wide variety of leisure activities year round. There is over 1000 km of hiking trails and 700km of biking trails. In winter the alpine terrain is ideal for downhill and cross-country skiing, tobogganing or snow shoe walks. The ski area counts over 100km of pistes and 24 lifts. In summer, visitors rush to the alpine lakes of Millstättersee, Fledsee, Afritzersee and Ossiachersee with their ample offer of water sports and clean water.
