We have a few last apartments in a south-facing building with a beautiful view of the Grimming massif.
LOCATION: The location is ideal for both recreation and sports. The house is located in a very quiet, panoramic part of the village, which is only a five-minute walk from the center and 10 minutes from the lower cable car station.
The Tauplitz / Bad Mitterndorf area is a medium-sized ski area known for its snow quality, world-class infrastructure and family atmosphere. It offers a good combination of easier and more challenging slopes combined with shorter Schneiderkogel routes that will satisfy freestyle and powder skiing enthusiasts. Thanks to the ""Schneebären Ski Pass"", skiers and snowboarders can visit other nearby ski areas that are included in it: Riesneralm (30 km), Planneralm (16 km), Loser (33 km) and Kaiserau (3 km). In addition to skiing, there are many fun activities to do, including night sledding or relaxing in the Grimming Therme thermal baths. Between the villages of Bad Mitterndorf and Tauplitz is the Kulm, the largest natural ski jump in the world.
The resort remains open in summer. The rich and diverse landscape is crisscrossed by countless kilometers of hiking trails. One of the most popular trips takes you to the area of the six Tauplitz lakes with crystal-clear water, which is ideal for swimming in summer. Cycling enthusiasts will also find something to do here. There are 32 cycle paths leading along breathtaking peaks and slopes. Just a 15-minute drive away is an eighteen-hole golf course located at the romantic Schloss Pichlarn castle hotel at the foot of the majestic Grimming mountain.PROPERTY: The apartments are located in a two-story building and from the terraces and balconies there will be a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Each apartment is required to purchase a parking space in the underground garage (for 14,240 EUR) and optionally an additional outdoor covered parking space can be purchased (for 8,500 EUR).
