LOCATION:The apartments will be located right next to the ski slope in the Hochrindl ski resort in Carinthia, a compact and family-friendly resort in the heart of the Nockberge Mountains, ideal for a peaceful winter vacation away from the big resorts. It lies at an altitude of approximately 1,540–1,886 m above sea level and offers around 20 km of slopes of varying difficulty – from gentle "blue" runs for beginners to challenging "black" runs. In addition to classic downhill skiing, you will find over 20 km of groomed cross-country trails for classic skiing, including a panoramic alpine route. Besides skiing, you can also enjoy winter hiking and snowshoeing, toboggan runs, or the surrounding winter trails leading through snow-covered forests. In addition, within 25 minutes you can reach other, larger ski resorts such as Bad Kleinkirchheim or the high-altitude Turracherhöhe pass. In the summer season, the area is ideal for hiking with a growing network of trails of all difficulty levels — from easy ones for families with children to longer mountain hikes with panoramic views. The area is also a great destination for mountain bikers. Other summer activities such as climbing and Nordic walking can be enjoyed in the wider area, where you will also find golf courses (Bad Kleinkirchheim) or you can take a trip to the famous Carinthian lakes such as Millstätter See or Wörthersee.
