In only 15 minutes drive you reach the ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim (100km of slopes) and Turracher Höhe (about 60 km of slopes). There is also a smaller family resort Hochrindl with 25 km of terrains. Directly in the village below the property there is a supermarket, a restaurant and a petrol station. You will find more shops in nearby Bad Kleinkirchheim.
